Welcome to our Resources page. We recognize that many people visiting this site are at a much higher risk for suicidal ideation and action as well as self-harm. These resources are being provided to allow those who need help to access it easily. Depression and other mental illnesses are not be something to be ashamed of. Asking for help in any situation, even when you think you might be able to overcome your episode, is a good idea; it is brave. Please use these resources if you are suicidal or thinking about self-harm.

 

The Crisis Text Line is a non-profit that provides free crisis intervention via text message. Simply send a message to 741-741. 

 

The Trevor Project is the leading crisis intervention and suicide prevention hotline for LGBT Youth. Call (866) 488-7386.

 

The Trans Lifeline is a non-profit dedicated to the well being of transgender people. Call US: (877) 565-8860 Canada: (877) 330-6366

 

Suicide.org is a site that lists an incredible amount of suicide and general help hotlines that are internationally based.

 

This Wikipedia page lists many more hotlines that are available 24/7. 

 

Please do not hesitate to reach out. There is help for you. You are important, and there are people who love you and care about you. The people at the end of these lines are trained professionals, and they are available to you. Use them!
